Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Colorado Springs, CO. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing support and training to parents and families. The role also involves supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring the progress of clients, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Qualifications
Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
Background in Psychology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO
Experience working with children and families is a plus
