Sony Pictures Television Studios (SPTS) is one of the industry's leading content providers, producing programming worldwide across genres and platforms. As the largest independent TV studio in the industry, SPTS produces 50+ shows each year including THE BOYS, COBRA KAI, THE GOOD DOCTOR, OUTLANDER, and PLATONIC. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant III to join our team, supporting the EVP of Franchise and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can anticipate the needs of the executives to keep the department on track. Note:

Provide organizational and administrative support to the department executives, anticipating needs and staying ahead of requests. Coordinate travel, visas, schedules, and other travel logistics. Take meeting notes, manage executive next steps, and follow up on actions. Prepare and maintain weekly marketing tracking reports and updates. Generate travel and expense reports. Manage calendar, scheduling, and phone communications; keep executives on track. Create and maintain global contacts; manage downloads of SVP documents into an organized share drive. Invoice tracking and processing; create and update presentations, letters, and management reports. Lead calendar-related activities (meeting setup, call lists, etc.). Lead the monthly marketing culture meeting and team activities (birthdays, volunteer events, etc.). Support special projects as required. Qualifications

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Internet savvy). Attention to detail and accuracy; strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities; proactive and thorough approach. Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and take ownership of tasks. Global perspective and appreciation for cultural differences; professional and friendly communication style. Ability to multitask and collaborate with others; discretion and integrity. Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy, changing environment; knowledge of the television/entertainment industry. Prior entertainment industry experience preferred; experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Education: B.A., B.S., or equivalent experience. Software skills required: Concur, Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Airtable. Compensation and benefits:

The anticipated base salary for this position is $30.40/hour to $38/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. Actual base salary offered will depend on qualifications, experience, and location. Equal Opportunity
