Salary and Benefits The Salary Range for this Position is $70,000 to $90,000 Based on Experience Yearly Production Bonus Over Billable Hours Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Offered 6 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off – 12 Days Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match In-house CEU offerings / Free Access to CEU Library Complete Schedule Autonomy Complete Caseload Autonomy Work / Life Balance Responsibilities 100% Remote Option to Work with Clients In-Person, if Desired Full-Time (25 Billable Hours Minimum) Oversee ABA Treatment Plans for Clients Ages 2-14 Conduct Ongoing Supervision of RBTs on Their Implementation of ABA Procedures Implement Caregiver Training Programs for Families of All Backgrounds Complete Progress Reports for Clients as Required Conduct Skills and Behavioral Assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) Engage in Multidisciplinary Collaboration with Other Service Professionals (SLP, OT, PT, School Teachers) Navigate Central Reach Software for Collecting and Analyzing Data Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required Clear and Active BCBA License in the State of Arizona Must Reside in Arizona Must be open to Telehealth Central Reach Experience Preferred Desire to Work with Children, Parents, and Other Professionals Newly Certified Individuals Will be Considered About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
