Underwriting & Risk Analyst

who’s ready to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Analyze healthcare costs & insurance plan performance Evaluate claims data, demographics & pricing strategies Build reports and executive-ready presentations Collaborate with consultants, account managers & carriers Negotiate rates and model contributions across multiple benefit lines

What You Bring

3–5+ years of underwriting experience (consulting, brokerage, or insurance) ️ Deep knowledge of health & welfare benefits Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas & modeling) Experience with self-funded & fully insured plans ️ A passion for data, detail, and making complex insights simple

Education

Bachelor’s degree required (Risk Management or Health Informatics preferred) Requirement: Life & Health license

Work Style

Full-time, M–F (8:30 AM–5 PM) Hybrid collaboration & client interaction model
