Addison Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing organization in Edina that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing finance team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving are valued. Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and routing for approvals Process high-volume PO and non-PO invoices with precision and timeliness Perform 3-way matching for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts Prepare and process weekly payments (checks, ACH, wire) Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships Support month-end close activities including AP accruals, reporting, and documentation Leverage Oracle or JDE for day-to-day AP processing and reporting Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle AP experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Hands-on experience with Oracle required; JDE a plus Strong understanding of 3-way matching, GL coding, and AP best practices Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Why Addison Group
