Overview

AP & Payroll Manager opportunity with an established, successful private retail company, multiple locations. This onsite role is in the Lynnwood area. Responsibilities

Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) function and oversee AP internal controls, vendor management, AP reporting, expense reporting, and credit card program management. Lead and develop a team of 3 in AP, review and audit AP batches, ensure accuracy, process quality, and resolve issues before submission to accounting. Assist with upcoming ERP implementation. Payroll responsibilities include assisting with payroll processing for 1,000+ employees, union payroll, new hires, terminations, 401(k) compliance, GL, and month-end close participation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance and accounting operations. Qualifications

AA/BA in Accounting or related field. 5+ years in Accounts Payable; 1+ year in payroll; 2+ years in supervisory/people management. Retail industry experience is a huge plus. Compensation and Location

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr. Onsite in Lynnwood, WA. Benefits include medical insurance, vision insurance, 401(k); parking provided.
