Job Description Your Team The Client Delivery and Investments FP&A team partners with leaders of distribution and investment management to connect business decisions with financial results, analyze resource utilization, and drive strategic alignment.

Your Role This position involves decision support, financial analysis, business planning, and reporting. You will build metric-driven financial models to evaluate profitability, revenue, costs, and develop relationships within Finance and with key business partners.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Analyzing investment financial results and trends to identify risks and opportunities

Identifying revenue opportunities and cost savings for financial planning

Designing methods for ongoing business health monitoring and financial planning

Performing profitability analysis and developing models for investment decisions

Supporting compensation plans and scenario analytics

Conducting cost/benefit analyses for strategic decisions

Creating management reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for leadership

The Experience You Bring:

BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA preferred

5-7+ years in finance, with expertise in financial planning, management reporting, and decision modeling

Investment management experience is a plus

Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, or similar planning tools preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus

Strong communication and independent analysis skills

Ability to work cross-functionally across geographies

Commitment to accuracy and self-review
