The Accounts Receivable Clerk maintains, controls, and balances the hotel’s group master accounts. This role enforces standard operating procedures related to group invoicing and receivables and supports the Accounts Receivable Supervisor in credit, collections, and billing. Essential Functions

Research and respond promptly to credit card merchant retrievals and chargebacks, filing responses for future reference. Handle guest inquiry calls and emails daily. Review and communicate estimates with group event contacts. Collect payments for future events promptly, adhering to deposit policies. Validate that resort activities, food, and beverage charges are correctly posted to group accounts. Reconcile postings to group accounts with event summaries. Collect payments for final invoices after checkout. Communicate regularly with meetings & events managers about invoice statuses. Review travel agent commissions for group and leisure stays. Reconcile room charges from outlets to guest folios with the Club team. Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Previous experience in Accounts Receivable preferred. Excellent organizational skills required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Physical Requirements

Most tasks are indoors with moderate temperature control. Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours, with occasional walking and standing. The role requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, hearing, and visual acuity. We are proud to be an EEO employer.
