Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - Full Time Location: Foxborough, MA. This role is full-time and includes relocation assistance and student-loan forgiveness options where applicable. Compensation Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Relocation & Student Loan Forgiveness Relocation package up to $15,000 Student-loan forgiveness up to $24,000 Culture & Benefits Lower-than-average billable hours (27 hours/week) with smaller-than-average caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours/week) Flexibility in scheduling where and when you work Investment in talent and ongoing professional development 401(k) with employer match up to 6%, bonuses, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits What You'll Do Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment) Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis Other typical BCBA activities Requirements Masters degree Active BCBA certification, required Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record Benefits (Special, Full-Time BCBA) Student-loan repayment program (up to $24,000 total) 401(k) with employer match up to 6% Performance bonuses BCBA and RBT referral bonuses Tuition reimbursement for ongoing education Paid time off and holidays Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance CEU reimbursement and mileage reimbursement About ABA Centers of America ABA Centers of America is named in Inc.
