Responsibilities
Conduct independent and collaborative research focused on immunology with a focus on mouse models in infection. Perform training in molecular techniques, including single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), genetic pipeline development, and bioinformatic analysis of large single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing datasets. Engage in animal husbandry with proficiency in animal experimental infections (viral, bacterial, and parasitic) and/or autoimmune models as appropriate. Contribute to writing grants and mentor graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Qualifications
Postdoctoral fellowship training in immunology with a focus on mouse models in infection is preferred. Required training in molecular techniques incl. scRNA sequencing, genetic pipeline development, bioinformatic analysis of large single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing datasets. Experience in animal husbandry and animal experimental infections or autoimmune models is preferred. How to apply
