Mindful Sprouts is hiring for BCBA jobs in Pompano Beach, FL, offering an opportunity to create meaningful change in the lives of children with exceptionalities and their families. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work across home, school, and community settings, delivering personalized ABA therapy.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral evaluations, training caregivers, developing individualized behavior support plans, and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions. You will also supervise Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Mindful Sprouts provides a professional environment focused on client success and clinical growth.

Responsibilities:

Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessments and functional assessment measures.

Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans based on assessment data for home, community, and school-based programs.

Train Registered Behavioral Technicians in program implementation, data collection, and monitoring systems.

Conduct caregiver and teacher training sessions.

Manage ongoing individual programs, oversee supervision meetings with Behavior Technicians, and update client materials.

Attend scheduled appointments, meetings, and training promptly, and respond to correspondence timely.

Maintain professional conduct, treating clients, co-workers, and others with respect and cultural sensitivity.

Meet regularly with the Clinical Director and report issues impacting client progress.

Keep accurate records and complete documentation efficiently.

Maintain a billable caseload and document hours per regulations.

Participate in professional meetings and conferences for growth.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.

BCBA certification and/or licensure.

Minimum two years of experience with individuals with ASD or related diagnoses.

Strong knowledge of behavior-analytic therapies.

Experience with staff training and supervision.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Successful criminal background screening.

Salary between $70,000 and $90,000 based on experience.
