Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Participate and lead assigned client engagements, including planning, directing, and completing assigned tasks in conjunction with financial statement audits. Supervise, train, and mentor audit associates and interns on audit engagements and evaluate the performance of the audit staff for engagement reviews. Identify and resolve any client issues discovered during audit process. Gain an understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives. Research and analyze accounting issues and transactions and any audit-related issues. Develop good working relationships with client personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff to perform audit services. Actively participate in audit planning meetings as a key member of the audit team. Participate in ongoing audit staff recruiting efforts as needed. Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in a business related field is required 2-5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm CPA license or parts of the CPA exam passed is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Exceptional client service skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS and IFRS Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Employment type
