Overview
Administrative Assistant, Construction Project Management – Invenergy Join to apply for the Administrative Assistant, Construction Project Management role at Invenergy. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Project Management team in Chicago. The ideal individual will exercise good judgment with strong written/verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Responsibilities
Support event scheduling which includes coordinating group-wide events, vendor lunch & learns, and conference room arrangements for external guests. Actively manage the creation of Purchase Requisitions for group-wide purchases (e.g., swag, trainings, etc.). Assist Senior and Principal Project Managers with project-related administrative functions such as creating purchase requisitions, drafting contracts, and communicating with vendors to maintain project deadlines. Utilize technology to perform responsibilities, including maintaining electronic records and other digital mediums (Teams, SharePoint, Oracle, ProjectTeam, DocuSign, Document Controls Systems, etc.). Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of related experience in an administrative support role. Ability to work onsite in Chicago (1 S. Wacker office) 5 days per week. Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Experience with Oracle and Gearcor. Event management experience. Team-oriented approach; ability to de-escalate. Self-directed, reliable, and independent when necessary to complete projects with limited supervision. Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to meet deadlines. Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay: $18.51 - $34.58 USD hourly. Bonus: 15%. The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. The total annual compensation may include eligibility to participate in bonus programs.
