Zeam is an integrated care clinic combining psychiatry, psychotherapy, and advanced treatments (e.g., TMS, ketamine/Spravato®) with wellness services. Our therapists collaborate closely with psychiatric providers in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
Role: Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT)
You’ll provide high-quality psychotherapy under supervision, build a diverse caseload, and work within a coordinated care team. This role is ideal for Associates seeking rich clinical experience, excellent supervision, and a pathway to licensure.
What You’ll Do
Deliver individual, couple, and/or family therapy (in-person & telehealth) using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT; EMDR if trained).
Complete intakes, risk assessments, safety plans, and ongoing treatment plans.
Use measurement-based care (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.) to track progress and adjust care.
Collaborate with psychiatric providers on medication-informed treatment plans.
Maintain timely, accurate EHR documentation and uphold HIPAA standards.
Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultation, and trainings.
Contribute to a culture of equity, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
Optional: co-facilitate groups (psychoeducation, skills, or specialty groups).
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
Master’s degree in MFT/Counseling/Clinical Psychology (or related field).
California AMFT registration (active, in good standing).
Foundational skills in CBT and trauma-informed care; strong rapport-building.
Comfort with hybrid care (clinic + telehealth) and basic EHR proficiency.
Reliability, professional communication, and ethical judgment.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Bilingual (e.g., Spanish/English).
Training/interest in EMDR, ACT, DBT, or couples/family therapy.
Experience with measurement-based care and integrated psychiatry settings.
Interest in collaborating around TMS and ketamine/Spravato® care pathways.
Supervision & Training
Weekly individual and group supervision by licensed supervisors; hours count toward licensure.
Ongoing case consultation with psychiatry.
Opportunities for CE/training support (EMDR/CBT, trauma, couples, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$40,000–$100,000 (hourly/salary; DOE).
