Our IT Financial Analyst is responsible for acting as the hub for IT financial transaction management, IT purchasing, and facilitating the department’s budget process. Additional responsibilities include coordinating technical projects, which requires engagement with vendors, the business and the manufacturing organizations. These core responsibilities are expected to leave time for additional duties/opportunities within the department’s scope to be determined. Responsibilities: Maintain Actual vs budget for all IT expenditures. Own IT purchasing process, including purchase orders, receipts and invoice reconciliation. Work with department and AP for Invoice management. Identify and pursue opportunities for process efficiencies. Capital Expense form creation and lifecycle management, including spend reporting. Work with approved vendors to procure hardware, mobile equipment, and licensing. Ensure adequate levels of hardware inventory are maintained and properly tracked. Vendor Point of Contact. Project Coordination: (limited involvement) Work with business stakeholders and the IT team to understand and define project goals. Create and maintain project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resources, risks, assumptions, budget, and communication plans. Track and report on project status, including conducting project status meetings. Work with other project leads/coordinators on cross-department project meetings as needed. Ensure appropriate processes are followed and documentation captured. Experience/Qualifications Accounting foundation. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills combined with the capacity to make sound decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to effectively communicate complex issues to employees with varying levels of education.
