We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team. The Analyst will report to the SVP, Investments & Analytics. The Investment Analyst role at LeafHouse is pivotal in supporting the firm’s mission to deliver exceptional investment solutions. This position involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing financial data, and evaluating investment opportunities to inform strategic decisions. The Analyst will work with management, data, and technology teams, collaborate with clients and partners, monitor investments, assess risk, and develop tailored strategies that align with client objectives. This role is in person at our office in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities
Conduct investment manager due diligence, evaluating potential investment opportunities and providing comprehensive reports to the Investment Committee. Generate proposal reports and analysis crucial for servicing existing clients and supporting our sales team in business development efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of investment recommendations and client deliverables. Communicate effectively with external partners, including retirement plan advisors, to gather necessary information and provide support as needed. Present investment recommendations and findings to the Investment Committee, contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Maintain and improve proprietary statistical models used for investment analysis and decision-making. Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to create insightful presentations and reports. Demonstrate basic proficiency in computer programming languages such as Python, with the potential for testing during the interview process. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or computer science. 0-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to retirement plans. CFA Level I candidate at minimum. Series 66 or 65 FINRA License. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with external partners. Internal motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Benefits
