What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage all aspects of project management, including scope definition, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management - Develop clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines to achieve project goals - Interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success - Implement action plans to address variances and respond to team and client needs - Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely project reports
What is Required (Qualifications): - 3-5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare projects - Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field - Strong project management skills with a proven track record in construction projects - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) - Strong communication and facilitation capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification - Experience managing indirect teams at various organizational levels - Self-starter attitude with the ability to excel in dynamic work environments
