The Derivatives Analyst will work closely with our derivatives traders to provide market surveillance, pre-trade analysis, trade entry and position reporting.

Pre-trade analysis and modeling
Position reporting and ad-hoc risk analysis and project work
Monitoring risk, positions and P&L
Trade entry into our risk systems
Composing weekly market commentary
Qualifications Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
Required:
0 – 2 years of work experience with Derivatives
Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Self-starter with interest and ability to learn a variety of Derivative products
Ability to prioritize, to embrace a steep learning curve, and to seek out responsibility
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, Science, or Business as well as any other related field of expertise
Programming skills (SQL, VBA, Python, R)
Salary and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $94,000 - $96,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
