Plant Equipment Reliability Supervisor (CNC/PLC)
ZipRecruiter, Elkhorn, Wisconsin, United States, 53121
Overview
Picture a typical day: you scan overnight maintenance logs, prioritize critical calls from production, and head to the floor to triage a CNC lathe alarm. You coordinate your team’s assignments, verify lockout/tagout is in place, and dive in—oscilloscope in one hand, ladder logic on screen—stabilizing a drive fault before the morning run. By afternoon, you’re reviewing preventive maintenance compliance, approving a tooling fixture design, and aligning with peer supervisors on the weekend installation plan. That’s the rhythm for our Plant Equipment Reliability Supervisor: hands-on expertise paired with team leadership to keep our operation safe, efficient, and on schedule.
