Junior Unity Developer - Remote (LATAM or Compatible Time Zones)
About the Role We're looking for a
Junior Unity Developer
to work on gameplay features, bug fixes, and development tools for a live multiplayer title. You'll collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver quality code, learn best practices, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced development environment. Responsibilities
Implement gameplay features and systems under senior developer guidance. Collaborate with design, art, and QA teams to integrate assets, balance content, and resolve issues. Debug and fix issues in live and development builds. Assist in maintaining and improving development tools and pipelines. Participate in code reviews, learning from feedback and applying best practices. Contribute to clear and concise technical documentation. Requirements
1+ year of experience in game development (professional or strong academic/personal projects). Basic knowledge of Unity and C# (or equivalent engine/programming background). Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Fluency in English (written and verbal). Bonus Skills
Experience with multiplayer games, card battlers, or live service titles. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile workflows.
