Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and provide feedback to support staff
Monitor data and adjust treatments accordingly
Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and implement ABA strategies at home
Collaborate with teammates to foster a positive, inclusive environment
Qualifications
Master's Degree with approved ABA coursework by BACB
BCBA certification or within 3 months of exam
State license as required
Experience with children with autism
Strong teamwork and passion for growth
