About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator

to support our multi-site Bitcoin mining operations. This role will serve as a central point of contact for safety documentation and regulatory compliance while helping maintain consistent safety practices across all facilities. The EHS Coordinator will play a key role in sustaining a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Essential Functions Act as central coordinator for safety documentation across multiple mining sites. Support site EHS managers in applying consistent safety policies and procedures. Maintain and update safety manuals, equipment training records, inspection and audit reports, and incident documentation. Support filing of regulatory permits and submissions (CSWPPP, spill control plans, Tier II, etc.). Track employee and contractor training/certifications; manage training matrices and renewals. Document incidents, near misses, and hazards; generate trend reports using HSI software and ensure corrective actions are resolved. Prepare and coordinate documentation for audits and inspections; support external agency compliance. Track and report site safety performance metrics through scorecards, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly reports. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and related EHS regulations. Exceptional organizational and documentation management skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage parallel documentation workflows. Skilled in preparing compliance reports and supporting audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HSI or similar EHS software preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to promote a culture of safety. Ability to identify risks, analyze safety performance data, and recommend improvements. Comfortable traveling to remote/industrial sites as needed. Education And Experience High School Diploma required. Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS coordination, preferably in multi-site industrial or energy operations. OSHA 30-hour certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred. Experience with EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, TCEQ) strongly preferred. Background in high-voltage electrical systems, cooling infrastructure, cryptocurrency mining, or large-scale data center environments a plus.
