BCBA – Clinical Supervisor at Opal Autism Centers. Location: 7504 E. Independence Blvd., Suite 103, Charlotte, NC 28227. Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt. Compensation: Up to $102,400 per year (total compensation). Bonus: $5,000. Relocation Assistance: Available. Opal Autism Centers is redefining exceptional ABA therapy. We seek a BCBA ready to step into a full-time, center-based clinical supervisor role in a structured, supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and leadership. This role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral analysis services and leading our early intervention program. What You’ll Do

Provide direct ABA services, maintaining a minimum of 25 billable hours per week Conduct initial assessments and complete reports in a timely manner Develop, update, and modify treatment plans and behavior protocols Implement protocol modifications of direct hours weekly (approximately 15%) Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts with documented feedback Hold weekly or monthly caregiver meetings Ensure accurate session documentation and use of correct CPT codes Convert assessments to ongoing services in a timely manner Enforce the center’s cancellation policy to minimize disruptions Participate in pod responsibilities and resource management Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Active Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA) in North Carolina (if applicable) At least 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals between ages 2 and 6 Proficient in electronic data collection, electronic clinical documentation, and evidence-based practices Proficient in using technology and electronic devices to perform job-related responsibilities Strong organizational and communication skills Please Only Apply If You Meet The Above Qualifications.
