The Opportunity PureSpectrum is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the maturity of our Finance operations. You will help ensure the integrity and success of PureSpectrum by managing A/R processes on a global scale, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication with customers and colleagues. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities
Apply cash receipts to customer accounts promptly and accurately, resolving discrepancies Initiate, follow up, and escalate collections on overdue accounts with customers and sales Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account balances in a timely and professional manner Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends and proactively solve issues Provide reports and insights to management for AR processes Assist with general Finance tasks including filing, report preparation, and team support Participate in monthly closes and annual audits Requirements
3+ years of accounting experience (experience in Market Research or SAAS preferred) Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience Strong understanding of GAAP Experience with Cloud-Based Accounting Systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and Collections Systems (e.g., Tesorio, HighRadius, BillTrust) Mastery of Microsoft Excel; proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong follow-through, time management, and multi-tasking abilities Sound judgment and decision-making abilities Knowledge of project management tools and concepts Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail PureSpectrum Perks Culture focused on innovation, connection, and providing a great experience at all business levels (PSX).
