The Strategic Finance Associate will be a key member of a lean, hands-on finance team, working closely with the CFO and Senior Finance Manager. This role spans project finance, corporate forecasting, M&A support, and strategic initiatives tied to the platform’s growth into an IPP. Candidates must bring advanced modeling skills, familiarity with tax equity, and the ability to pivot across corporate and project-level finance. Location:

Senior Finance Manager and CFO Key Responsibilities Build and run financial models for M&A, project bids, RFP pricing, and corporate forecasting Support capital markets activities including tax equity, credit facilities, and holdco planning Partner with leadership on strategic finance projects and treasury modeling Provide cross-functional support for development, structured finance, and power marketing Help build internal processes and tools as the company scales Ideal Candidate Profile 4–7 years in project finance, investment banking, corporate development, or developer-side finance Strong modeling skills; can build models from scratch and run sensitivities Experience with tax equity, project structuring, and energy/infrastructure transactions Exposure to solar, wind, storage required; flexible to learn new asset types (e.g. pumped hydro) Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment Seniority and Employment Details
