SIGINT, ELINT, and/or FISINT experts

to conduct and manage

Collection and Watch Floor Operations

in a dynamic 24/7 shift environment.Multiple positions available at all levels (junior, intermediate, and senior). This role involves real-time monitoring, performance assessment, and troubleshooting of

signals intelligence (SIGINT), electronic intelligence (ELINT), and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence (FISINT)

processing systems, tools, procedures, functions, and data. This role may be for you if you have a background as a

SIGINT/ELINT/FISINT Collection Manager, Watch Floor Officer, Mission Manager, or Intelligence Analyst . We are looking for individuals who are hyper-aware, analytically sharp, and capable of connecting the dots in fast-paced, high-stakes environments to solve problems in support of national security. Responsibilities Conduct continuous monitoring of SIGINT/ELINT/FISINT data acquisition, processing, and dissemination in real-time operational environments Provide timely and accurate reporting on collection events (SIGINT, ELINT, or FISINT) and system statuses to appropriate mission stakeholders Conduct manual detection, first-line analysis, and real-time analysis of collected signals intelligence events, ensuring time-sensitive insights are passed to mission partners Support analysis of selected RF weapons events of interest Process RF weapon system emissions Investigate and correct RF weapons processing system anomalies Monitor, respond to, and escalate issues related to system alarms, data loss, processing failures, or anomalies that may affect mission-critical collection activities Maintain operational logs and contribute to the resolution and documentation of system and operational issues Collaborate across multi-INT teams to identify cross-domain synergies and refine collection and exploitation strategies Reconfigure interactive SIGINT processing systems and execute contingency tuning as required to improve output quality Proactively inspect, test, and validate collection and processing tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Provide clear, concise directions to system operators and junior analysts, and participate in the refinement of SOPs and mission workflows Must-Have Skills and Qualifications Direct experience in SIGINT, ELINT, or FISINT collection operations (at least one area required; multiple preferred) Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-tempo, high-stakes watch-floor environment. Extreme attention to detail is nonnegotiable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; this position requires frequent and clear coordination with stakeholders across disciplines Willingness and ability to work a rotating

12-hour shift schedule , including nights and weekends (e.g., 2-week cycles of 3 dayshifts followed by 4 days off, alternating with 4 nightshifts followed by 3 days off) Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph Ability to obtain timely medical and psychological clearance To qualify, you musthave a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or Bachelors Degree relevant to the role Bonus Skills (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working with COMINT and PROFORMA All-source weapons knowledge Proven ability to fuse and analyze multi-modal or multi-INT (SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, COMINT, and other INTs for operational or strategic insights Exposure to automated and advanced signal processing systems and familiarity with evolving technologies and signal analysis tools Experience with digital RF detection techniques and signal conditioning Demonstrated innovation in applying scientific principles or advanced technical solutions to collection and exploitation challenges Proven skill in recognizing operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements in systems, processes, and workflows
