People & Culture
team in the
Advisory
&
National Tax
practice. The firm provides leaders with deep industry knowledge and relationships, and supports clients’ goals and risks as market forces evolve. The role focuses on partnering with client leadership, driving HR initiatives, and supporting talent actions within Advisory & National Tax. Responsibilities
Create an extraordinary employee experience by serving as a trusted business partner to align HR strategies with business objectives for the Advisory & National Tax team. Understand the business, build relationships with client leadership, and collaborate across P&C and COEs. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand the business and enhance awareness of the employee experience. Communicate the voice of Advisory & National Tax to COEs and help bring solutions. Provide end-to-end onboarding and offboarding support, including New Employee Orientation and exit interviews. Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive recruiting strategy, participate in interviews, and identify interview teams for key roles. Under supervision, handle moderately complex employee relations matters and escalate as appropriate. Exercise judgment on escalation needs and timing. Collaborate with the Talent Management Process COE on programs and initiatives for Advisory & National Tax team members. Contribute to headcount and budget management for P&C in Advisory & National Tax using financial planning tools; ensure data accuracy. Assist in administering compensation programs under guidance from the Total Rewards COE and P&C teams, including meetings and approvals. Lead and coordinate the annual performance review cycle in support of the firm’s performance management program. Provide coaching on HR policy and procedures, building trust with leadership and employees. Input on firm-wide initiatives and coordinate participation in activities. Contribute to projects and process improvements, including using data to tell the talent story and inform decisions. Model firm values, coach others, and provide timely feedback for development. Your Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred. 3–4 years of HR generalist experience with progressive responsibility; professional services experience is preferred. Ability to build strong partnerships with leadership and the broader P&C team. Ability to manage change and adapt to business needs. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to handle sensitive situations. Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Business acumen and the ability to quickly acquire business knowledge. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive initiatives; ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with data analysis to support talent actions and decisions. Preferred Qualifications
HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP designation. HR experience in professional services or public accounting. Experience with Excel, UKGPro, Cornerstone, and RedCarpet systems. Experience with Adaptive budgeting software. EEO and Additional Information
