Utilize research, foundational tax, and accounting skills to identify potential risks and opportunities on a variety of tax compliance and consulting engagements Prepare and review complex tax returns, projections, and models Learn from on the job coaching and mentoring Build on technical skills by keeping up with industry trends and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations Demonstrate effective project and time management skills by prioritizing a variety of tasks and delegating work to associates Support the growth and development of team members and help associates meet their professional goals Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Accounting 2+ years of public accounting experience Self-motivation Strong communication and organizational skills Foundational knowledge of technical tax concepts CPA or EA license is preferred, but not required Benefits
