Belmont Abbey College invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach philosophy in our traditional day program in Spring 2024.
Job Responsibilities
This is a part-time position for teaching PH200 Introduction to Philosophy and/or PH250 The Good Life (Ethics). There is some possibility for teaching other courses in the Fall 2024, depending on the needs of the College.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about contributing to an academic community with a robust Catholic and Benedictine vision of education. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Philosophy, but a Ph.D. is preferred. Prior teaching experience is also preferred.
