CLA is looking to hire a
Senior Tax Associate
to join our CLA Florida Tax team. You’ll have the opportunity in this role to work with privately held business clients as you determine how you would like to grow and specialize as you progress in your inspired career. This position can be based out of our Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Naples, or Fort Myers, FL offices.
How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior Tax Associate role:
Prepare, supervise, and review C corporation, S corporation, and partnership returns.
Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in public accounting or a family office setting; 3 years is preferred.
A firm that will support and foster your aspiring career goals.
You are collaborative and eager to join a team of high-performing people.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring solutions to the table.
Loves working with clients to help their businesses succeed strategically.
Earned or pursuing EA, CPA, or JD license in the near future.
