Property Accountant
to join their dedicated finance team. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about improving financial operations in a purpose-driven environment. Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle accounting for multiple properties, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance and adherence to US GAAP. Collaborate cross-functionally with property managers and leadership to resolve accounting discrepancies. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in property accounting; exposure to multi-entity or nonprofit/housing environments is a plus. Proficiency with accounting systems, with Yardi Voyager experience strongly preferred. Solid understanding of US GAAP, general ledger processes, and financial reporting. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent hands-on experience. Employment Details
