If you have at least 2 years of accounting experience and thrive in a structured environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Range: $45,760 - $47,840 annually
Responsibilities:
Review all invoices for proper documentation and approvals
prior to
payment
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports; resolve discrepancies
Print, obtain signatures, and distribute accounts payable checks
Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
Prepare garnishment checks and process ACH postings
Maintain accounts payable reports and files
Compile 1099 documentation (W9s) and assist with annual 1099 reporting
Assist the Controller and Owner with clerical duties as needed
Handle filing and electronic document management
Order office supplies as backup support for Accounts Receivable
Schedule approved ACH payments while ensuring discount terms are met
Perform other general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Effective communication skills and a high level of accuracy
Ability to lift
up
to 20 lbs as needed
