Total Compensation: $85,000-95,000
Hybrid-remote opportunities to maintain work/life balance with telehealth flexibility
Flexible scheduling and autonomy
Career advancement: BCBA - Senior BCBA - Lead BCBA - Area Director
No non-compete contracts
Paid Time Off: 23 days in the first year, including up to 15 days PTO and 8 holidays

Sunrise BCBA Responsibilities
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum aged 2-18
Data collection using Central Reach
Billable hours: 30 hours/week for full-time BCBAs; 75% of hours for part-time
Conducting intake assessments
Parent training
Collaborating with clinicians and directors
Mentoring RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's Degree
Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
