We are led by BCBAs with Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD., BCBA-D, as President and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA, as Vice President of Clinical Services and Practice Development. Integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD. Design and manage individualized behavior programming as part of an interdisciplinary team. Manage RBTs/BTs and supervise direct 1:1 ABA service delivery. Conduct behavior assessments and coordinate with other professionals on the treatment team. Individualize client treatment goals and objectives. Conduct monthly caregiver training. What do you bring to the role?
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB. BCBAs requiring additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program. Benefits And Compensation
