Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. Your Role at Baxter Provide support to the Head of R&D in driving the day-to-day operations and R&D strategic initiatives. What You\'ll be Doing Supports the Head of R&D in day-to-day operations for R&D including coordination of team activities across the R&D footprint (R&D facilities across geographies). Builds and maintains appropriate dashboards and reporting mechanisms for the R&D organization, including resource allocation, budget adherence and project delivery. Supports integration of R&D reporting into central tools and processes. Along with the R&D Finance Controller, supports the monitoring of project spend to ensure adherence to project and overall budget. Partners with HR to support the long-term talent planning and talent management strategy through skillset assessment tools and analytics, with the goal to build a learning organization and support knowledge transfer and succession. Supports the Quarterly Review structure by coordinating cross-functional inputs and activities required for the review. Support the Head of R&D on managing exploratory projects, especially with external research organizations. What You\'ll Bring Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent education, business education preferred. 1-3 years of experience preferably in a commercial organization. Experience working within the life sciences field is preferred but not a must. Experience in a matrixed organization desirable. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Data savvy with strong analytical skills. Experience with PowerBI/Tableau strongly preferred. Ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and discretion. Responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite. Baxter may adjust, suspend, or discontinue as business needs change. Compensation We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $72,000 to $99,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
