ECS is seeking Motion GEOINT Analysts to work in our Springfield, VA office. Motion GEOINT Analysts are involved in full-motion video (FMV) processing, exploitation, and dissemination; using FMV and persistent surveillance data formats. Responsibilities

Provide real-time 24/7/365 motion video exploitation in a shift work environment. Provide analyses of targets of interest utilizing various platforms and not just FMV. Provide exploitation of multi-spectral, Hyperspectral, Infra-Red (IR), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and LiDAR imagery. Provide analysts that are capable of simultaneously being able to view, exploit, record, and provide analysis of operational FMV missions Create Storyboards and 360-degree graphics Provide hands-on full-motion imagery analysis, producing intelligence on a broad range of issues to support customer requirements. Respond to tasking for imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery—which may include imagery from National Technical Means (NTM), air-breather, Full Motion Video (FMV), and civil/commercial sensors—to answer detailed information requirements dealing with mission-specific issues. Produce standard and non-standard imagery analysis products, such as motion imagery summary reports and tailored mission-specific products and complete database remarks as well as daily briefings as required using a variety of software packages to include MAAS, IEC, RemoteView, ARCGIS, and Falconview. Deliver products including summary-type reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, ad-hoc reports, and daily briefing. Other duties, as assigned. Required Skills

US Citizen. Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI indoctrination (TS/SCI), with the ability to obtain / maintain a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly). Ability to work a rotating PANAMA shift schedule (typically 7am to 7pm, or 7pm to 7am), alternating days and nights each month, to include weekends and holidays. High School Diploma and 3+ years of intelligence experience (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, Geospatial, All-Source); alternatively, a Bachelors / Masters degree in a related field of study. Prior completion of a military Basic Intelligence Course. Formal Intelligence School coursework, typically consisting of 2+ months in duration, full-time, and resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.). Thorough understanding of the basic intelligence cycle/process. Experienced with intelligence operations focused on the TCPED process. Basic working knowledge of MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point Strong abilities in all of the following skills:

Accurately relay and articulate critical information during high-tempo operations. Execute routine tasks of varying scope and complexity, following Standard Operating Procedures. Accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen. Excel in a fast-paced work environment. Communicate clearly and effectively (i.e., excellent oral, written, and presentation skills). Confront and resolve difficult problems in a positive and creative way. Balance multiple, competing priorities, and execute accordingly. Work effectively, both independently, and as part of a team.

Desired Skills

Basic understanding of National-level imagery product standards. Experience exploiting Full Motion Video, with a basic understanding of sensor capabilities. Experience exploiting national imagery, with a basic understanding of imagery analysis. Background in counterterrorism analysis. EEO
