Participating and leading functional analysis interviews and documenting findings in report format Reviewing benchmarking analyses Drafting and compiling client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations Reviewing and analyzing financial data and computing transfer pricing adjustments Further developing and maintaining an understanding of the US transfer pricing regulations and the OECD Guidelines Interacting with clients on calls, meetings, and via email Attending professional conferences and assisting in the preparation of technical articles and publications Basic Qualifications
8+ years of transfer pricing experience Bachelor's in Accounting or business related field CPA, Enrolled Agent, Masters in Economics, MBA, JD, or LLM Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Substantial knowledge and experience of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property Experience analyzing related-party financial transactions (e.g., interest rate benchmarking, credit rating analyses) Ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data/models to aid superiors in determining appropriate economic analysis Superior financial modeling skills, including the ability to develop, maintain and update complex financial models with current data Ability to critically assess the validity of input data and stress test the end-result of the financial analysis for validity Experience identifying and addressing client needs: participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics with issues Experience as a team leader: managing workloads, upholding client expectations and work-life quality; providing candid feedback and keeping superiors informed of progress EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer. Raleigh For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 120000 and 200000. The range for other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
