With offices booming across the country, we are growing and seeking talented Multifamily Investment Sales Advisors to join our team. This position is a high commission, 1099 contract role.
Responsibilities
Advising clients on real estate trends and their individualized real estate investment strategies
Sourcing new clients and nurturing existing relationships
Representing clients by utilizing MMG’s industry best practices to promote real estate investment opportunities and secure advantageous offers
Evaluating the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to determine appropriate recommendations
Preparing analyses and delivering client materials, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), Offering Memoranda (OM), property comparison reports, and market research reports
Presenting marketing proposals to clients
Market and advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
Managing documentation and communication between client, transaction team, service lines, and external co-brokers
Providing ongoing support with current transactions, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, and financial analyses; scheduling, coordinating, and leading property tours and appointments
Monitoring local market sales and development activity to continually update client market awareness
Staying current on industry trends using multiple research tools and data sources
Strengthening and coordinating client management and network relationships
Attending networking events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Business, Sales, Real Estate or Finance degrees strongly preferred
Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
Strong research and data analysis capabilities
Positive attitude, team-oriented and driven to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Action-oriented, collaborative, self-starter, and customer-focused
Ability to travel to property locations within their market
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
