We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Financial Analyst
to join our growing finance team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key business partner supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning. You’ll collaborate across departments to provide insights that drive operational excellence, improve financial performance, and support long-term business growth. What You’ll Do
Partner with business leaders to develop financial strategies that align with company goals. Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning activities. Conduct variance and profitability analysis to evaluate performance against KPIs. Prepare management reports and provide actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities. Analyze cash flow and capital projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with accounting and controllership teams during month-end close and audits. Transform complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership. Support capital investment analysis and validate business cases through ROI projections. What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA, MACC, CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred). Experience:
Strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (OneStream, Oracle, Microsoft D365, Power BI, Radius). Solid understanding of cost accounting, cash flow management, and risk analysis. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
