Senior PathNet AP Analyst role at Oracle. Lead for the PathNet AP Solution, responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Cerner's Lab applications for the PathNet AP Solution across three hospitals. Responsibilities
Lead the PathNet AP Solution and coordinate with internal teams and vendors (including the mTuitive integration) for synoptic reporting. Support printing setup and configuration for the PathNet AP solution. Perform rounding in the Laboratories for troubleshooting and work with Pathologists and AP Technologists on issues and projects related to PathNet AP. Vendor management, testing software upgrades, software installs, and technical support. Troubleshoot investigations by gathering information, shadowing end users, testing workflows, and reviewing front-end applications; capture log files and cycle servers as needed. Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout investigations; communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications
Basic: At least 4 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience. Preferred: Lab experience. Responsibilities (Expanded)
Work with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally. Manage internal deployment projects, define business specifications, data migration, data interfaces, and product deployment across global deployments. Coordinate product rollouts, define data migration/specifications, and manage user acceptance testing; provide technical support for implemented applications, including bug diagnosis and patches. Define specifications for product enhancements and data interfaces to support customer deployments; collaborate with senior management in Product Development, Business, and Global IT.
