Overview
Senior Banker - Central Heights, Bilingual Mandarin Required at Bank of America. Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $31.00/hr. Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncover personal banking needs for individuals and small business clients, offer appropriate solutions, and connect clients to specialists. Deepen client relationships through platform services, support clients with self-service or transactional activities, and provide exceptional client care. Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow-up routines. Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering personal banking needs and helping clients navigate their life priorities. Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies. Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy. Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in day-to-day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping. Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while complying with all regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment, or six months in a Bank of America role such as RM, ADP RM, CSA I, or RMBOS. Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client. Ability to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and communicate clearly (written and verbal); comfortable engaging all clients in-person or by phone. Willingness to learn, adapt to new information and technology platforms, handle ambiguity, and adjust to changing circumstances. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks. Notary: Commissioned or able to obtain a notary commission within a few months of start date (varies by location). Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed. Bilingual in Mandarin. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Experience in a financial center with goals met or exceeded; retail and/or sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment. Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills; knowledge of banking products and services. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and use of laptop technology.
