Our client is a P&C insurer that is seeking an talented actuary to join their team. This position will work with outsourced consultants on reserves and analyzing predictive models. Conducting annual rate reviews and using ad-hoc for trend analysis are also part of your responsibilities. There is only one other actuary in the company, the Chief Actuary, so this role will be very visible to them and upper management. (#57104) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Student Actuary or recent ACAS designation 3-5 years of actuarial experience Solid P&C background, ideally in commercial lines At least 4 CAS exams completed Experience with data and predictive analytics Excellent programming skills Experience with workers' compensation is a big plus Compensation: A salary range of $88-123K.
