Corporate Audit Summer 2026 Analyst Program — Bank of America Overview

Corporate Audit is a global team responsible for providing independent assessments of business activities throughout Bank of America. The mission is to effectively and efficiently support the company’s risk governance framework by determining whether controls over strategic, credit, market, liquidity, operational, compliance and reputational risks are adequately designed and functioning. Internship program overview and training are designed to introduce you to Bank of America and Corporate Audit, build technical skills and industry knowledge, and provide exposure to a corporate environment. The program is a 10-week internship with formal training at the start, on-the-job support, events, and mentorship throughout. Responsibilities

Develop core audit skills focused on audit practices, methodology and business knowledge Execute audit testing and documentation Collaborate with team on assignments and specialized projects Participate in Corporate Audit and site events Promote a culture where risk management is integral to responsible growth Corporate Audit Opportunities

The program assigns interns to teams across various areas of Bank of America, including eight lines of business and corporate functions. Internship opportunities may include positions supporting multiple business groups, such as: Business Banking Chief Financial Officer Group Global Commercial Banking Global Corporate & Investment Banking Global Markets Global Operations Global Risk Management Merrill Private Bank Retail Banking Internship assignments are developed based on business need and aligned to skillset and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree program with a final graduation date between November 2026 and August 2027 Preferred areas of study include Internal Audit, Finance, Data Analytics, MIS, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics 3.5 minimum GPA preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills; professional demeanor and leadership capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Visa sponsorship is not available for this role; Bank of America does not complete third-party forms from colleges or universities Location: Providence, RI Program Details

The Corporate Audit Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute. Training includes the Mechanics of the Bank, Data Literacy, Executive Ready Presentations, and more, plus mentorship, speaker series, networks, and community service opportunities.
