Experienced CRM - DH | Senior Recruiter, Business Development We’re seeking an experienced

Controller

to lead financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities. This role is a key strategic partner to the CFO, providing oversight of accounting functions, financial planning, and debt management while ensuring adherence to GAAP and strong internal controls.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Oversee tax filings, audits, and treasury functions, including debt financing and investments

Manage accounts payable, billing, collections, and general accounting operations

Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies

Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required; MBA preferred)

8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5+ years in leadership

Strong background in governmental, nonprofit, or public debt financing

Expertise with ERP and financial systems

Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and work collaboratively with senior leadership
