Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of KE2 Therm’s refrigeration control solutions across OEM and aftermarket channels. Based ideally in the Philadelphia area, this role is highly customer-facing, with a strong emphasis on hands-on engagement with contractors, distributors, and end users. The Regional Sales Manager will lead efforts to expand KE2 Therm’s presence with major distributor accounts, support contractors through jobsite visits and troubleshooting, and deliver technical presentations and training sessions that demonstrate product value.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all activities related to the sales of products and services to OEM and Aftermarket channel customers
Assist in development of annual territory sales targets and expense budgets
Conduct product training sessions for customers, end users and decision influencers
Conduct jobsite visits with customers / refrigeration contractors to assist on troubleshooting as needed
Work with Product Management to assist in identification of customer requirements and related product specifications
Participate in end user meetings to develop firsthand knowledge of market trends and product improvement opportunities
Assist in data gathering and review for competitive analysis of product lines
Qualifications
Four year degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology
Seven to ten years of experience in engineering or field sales in a related industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Willingness to travel large territory and to attend customer meetings, trade shows and industry events as required
