We're the team that enables Renewable Energy to come online on time. We are hiring immediately for an Outside Sales Representative in our Industrial and Manufacturing Sector — a critical role in partnering in the Energy Transition. The base salary is $60K to $65K, plus a 2.2% commission plan on revenue, and a first-year bridge of $49,500. After the first year, the candidate should be earning at least $115K annually, with an uncapped commission plan. Must-Haves:

Four or more years as an Outside Sales Representative. Experience in Industrial or Manufacturing sectors. Strong sales record exceeding $1 million in outside sales. Responsibilities:

Prospecting in the Industrial and Manufacturing markets, key account management, project presentations, and new business development. Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers. Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products/services. Developing and presenting sales bids, proposals, and product demonstrations. Creating medium to long-term sales strategies and plans. Partnering with operations and logistics for efficient mobilizations. Desired Skills and Experience:

4-7 years of direct or technical sales experience. Entrepreneurial mindset. Knowledge of power generators, diesel engines, electrical equipment, energy storage, load banks. Event markets knowledge. Project commissioning/management experience a plus. Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. Successfully managed a $3 million sales budget annually. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
