Overview
We are seeking an IT Client Executive - Banking to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC). The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to banking clients, engaging with C-level stakeholders to lead business transformation through IT and digital initiatives. A strong track record in IT services and client leadership, deep domain knowledge in banking and financial services, and the ability to manage complex client relationships and P&L performance are required. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner to banking clients, driving business outcomes through IT and digital solutions Lead account growth strategies, achieving revenue and profit objectives through consultative selling and client engagement Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios with responsibility for forecasting, account planning, and financial performance (P&L) Build and maintain strong executive relationships across client organizations to understand evolving business needs Lead cross-functional teams comprising business consultants, solution architects, and delivery experts to deliver value-based solutions Leverage deep knowledge of the banking sector to lead transformative conversations around modernization, innovation, and operational efficiency Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client strategies Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Services/Consulting, including infrastructure, cloud, applications, and security At least 7 years of account leadership experience overseeing complex client engagements and financials Minimum 10 years of domain experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to engage C-level decision makers Knowledge of digital transformation, data modernization, and technology integration strategies MBA or prior consulting practice experience is a plus Willingness to travel up to 40–50% Why Join Us
