Cultivate and oversee a dynamic sales pipeline targeting private schools, ensuring transparency from initial contact to closure. Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight our groundbreaking learning approach and meet stakeholder needs. Independently drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, achieving ambitious revenue goals. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the private school sector. Utilize our CRM to keep precise records and forecasts. What You Won’t Be Doing
Leading a team - this is a direct sales execution role. Adhering to strict processes - you'll innovate the market entry strategy. Relying on extensive support teams for lead generation or deal closure. Promoting an indistinct product in a saturated market. Enterprise Account Executive Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue by securing contracts for the 2 Hour Learning solution in private schools, building a robust market presence, and ensuring scalable yearly growth. Basic Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with a strong record of achieving or surpassing revenue targets. Experience in managing the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing. Familiarity with education markets (US K-12 schools) or related sectors like EdTech, SaaS, or services is highly preferred. Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. US-based residency is required. In-depth understanding of the U.S. private school market. Willingness to travel 50-75% to engage with private school clients and participate in events. About 2 Hour Learning
