The Senior Sales Operations Analyst – Retail is a critical member of the Retail Sales Headquarters team, supporting the success of Retail General Managers, Region Managers, and Area Sales Managers (ASMs). This role is responsible for enabling field execution through operational excellence, sales technology optimization, and streamlined processes that free up time for customer engagement. A strong collaborator and problem solver, this individual serves as a key resource to both Field and Inside Sales ASMs while driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across the retail sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact and liaison for operational, administrative, and buying group customer issues within Retail regions. Lead productivity initiatives for Retail Sales Advocates, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency and execution. Serve as subject matter expert in Microsoft 365, Oracle, Salesforce, and Chatter, including developing and delivering training for ASMs to maximize adoption and streamline workflows. Support the execution of marketing programs and promotions, providing insights and guidance on key field initiatives to ensure flawless delivery. Develop, recommend, and deliver training on pricing, programming, and operational processes to enable stronger sales performance. Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers, sales teams, and senior management—ensuring alignment on priorities, actions, and programs while simplifying execution for field teams. Execute financial backend programs for major Retail accounts with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail. Manage account lifecycle processes for BG&I customers—including onboarding, updates, cancellations, programming, and co-op advertising requests. Provide critical support to the Small Appliances organization through POS reporting, pricing document development, and account onboarding. Partner with Salesforce and Oracle teams to drive ongoing process improvement, enhance onboarding, and deliver a seamless customer and sales team experience. Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives as needed. What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or related functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access); working knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce, and GEA systems preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging across all levels of an organization. Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and drive results. Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com, Oracle) and sales enablement tools. Background in consumer goods, retail, or appliances industry a plus.
