to lead from the front recruiting, motivating, and mentoring a team of door-to-door roofing reps. Your leadership will directly shape the success of your team and drive our continued expansion across the region. What you’ll do
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of D2D roofing sales reps. Develop and implement strategies to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching to improve closing ratios and overall sales performance. Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-focused team culture. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, appointments, and sales conversions. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline the sales process and maximize results. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in solar door-to-door (D2D) sales. Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
